About Milagro 2nd Chance Rescue
Milagro 2nd Chance Rescue began in response to the plight of animals at the greatest risk—especially dogs like Milagro and Phoenix, whose true potential shined only when given more time and care. We saw how many deserving pets were overlooked and at risk of euthanasia, not for lack of spirit, but for needing extra patience, rehabilitation, and understanding.
We are committed to forming a welcoming, judgment-free safety net for animals who need a second chance the most. We not only focus on dog rescue and rehabilitation, but actively work to reduce suffering in our community through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for local cats. Our holistic approach ensures every animal we serve receives a fair shot at a loving future.

Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) for Community Cats
Through TNR, we humanely trap, sterilize, and return local feral and stray cats to reduce suffering, prevent uncontrolled breeding, and support healthier cat colonies.
